The controls (such as editing preferences) did not work, resizing forms, and drag and drop. These would happen on a daily basis.
I never got that problem. I have only used C# express and Pro editions though.

Yes, all the operating systems listed in OP. If they have atleast 1 tester.

What the forget are those server operating systems anyways, I never heard of them at all.

Windows 2000 - Windows 2000 Server/DataCenter Server/Advanced Server
Windows XP - Windows 2003 Server
Windows Vista - Windows 2008 Server
Windows 7 - Windows 2008 R2 Server

Windows 2003 Server
Windows 2008 Server
Windows 2008 Server R2

We dont have a beta testing "slot" for Ubuntu, sorry.

If you don't even beta-test for Ubuntu, why the hell do you beta-test for Windows then? Duh.
Ubuntu > Windows > Macintosh.

Should have 64 bit and 32 bit testing.

Should have 64 bit and 32 bit testing.
True, since he is using P/Invoke.

Windows NT 4 - Windows NT 4 Server
Fixed.
Windows 95/98/ME didn't have server counterparts since they were targeted to consumers without servers, while businesses and other people with servers were supposed to use NT/2000. While NT and 9x (+ME) were compatible they were actually different operating systems with different kernels. With XP+ these two product lines were merged (or rather, 9x was discontinued and they made a consumer edition of their NT product line). However, 95/98 but not ME were actually shipped with a lite version of IIS called PWS (personal web server).

I did have thoughts of testing the bits. Although I just wanted to test the different environments instead.
Fixed.

Too bad ME was short shelf lived operating system.

I have not studied Ubuntu much. Please don't confuse me like that.

Aren't you Tyland6?
Nope.
