If you want to make an add-on you'll need how to model, code, animate, etc.
This takes a lot of experience to be able to understand a stable point in which you can create content for any game.
Obviously you don't understand the basic fundamentals of game design so I would recommend starting off with an easy program like Game Maker which will help you get a general idea of game making.
Also, there's a website called Google for a reason. Do some research.
