Log out and click on what's circled in below picture.

This has nothing to do with your Blockland key. Account registrations send an email containing an activation code to prove you own the email account you signed up with. That's all it is.

i think that if bugged enough he does...
for example, the key needed for using forums
anothe example, UPnP update, as people kept spamming his email of how to port forward
