How do you clear nausea and massive headaches?

I'm going to be strait you with you guys, a couple hours back I took a a couple of pills with some friends. I got 20$ to sped on medicine. What do you think I could buy to help with my nausea and headache?

Also, the pain is prolly caused because blood vessels are getting larger.

You're gonna need to get the kind of meds that old people use to reliveve blood pressure.

Taking random pills is seriously dangerous. If its an actual drug like a party pill I hope you know how much you took because it can forget you up big time-- terrible for the heart potentially.
