I do believe there is an update. Just loving wait for awhile, I'm sure it's just the servers or some stuff.

go into steam folder
delete clientregistry.blob

~~Now that I deleted clientregistry.blob All that came up is a steam update and its staying at zero percent.~~

Ctrl-Alt-Del > Processes (Lol spelling) > Find steam.exe
