Wtf cable?!

I was just wondering if I was the only person who is getting repeating EAS(Emergency Alert System or something). I have comcast cable and the alert thing keeps showing up on my cable box and it changes the channel to TV guide or something but has the beep noise.


The only reason I posted it in this forum is cause its not a serious question about cable. I'm just wondering if anyone else is getting it.
