It's "分かりました" (wakarimastuffa), from the root verb "分かる" (wakaru) which means to know or to understand, the "imastuffa" ending means that you "Understood". If someone tells you to do something, or explains something to you, it's not uncommon to say "Wakarimastuffa" as a way of saying "Understood".
