Elementary school dating is kind of weird. I asked out a girl in 5th grade and she said yes and ran away. For 2 weeks every time I came up to her she ran away again or wouldn't look directly at me. We want true love, but half the time it's just a mood swing, and within a matter of seconds we become demanding divas.

I always seem to have this specific type of emotional detachment where I don't try to interact with females on the "love" level, so I try to not ask them out or anything cause I know I'm most likely gonna get rejected, but I still feel ok. Only when I'm 100% sure they will say "Yes" and will stay with me for a long time will I feel any true emotions of "love".
