Build is good, but the spacing is total stuff. In my experience, it would take about 10-12 minutes to run to the other base. Derp. At least make bases in between that can be captured like in Gravity Cat's CTF this January, though with checkpoints.

Because the player count thing only goes up to 32, and when I change an RTB pref but have the max players set to 99, it changes max to 1.

Heed, whatever you do, don't add an admin-only room for meetings. I got stuck in one of those In another of your TDMs. It was hell. And then there was the huge canyon TDM where it took 7 people in a tank to figure out that the sign said "turn left". Never let Taboo drive.
Try something different, make a close-quarters TDM, or a closed map. Build the arena yourself, or have a larger variety of weapons.

You should really try a different style, maybe it will turn out better. But dear god, no more meetings.
And I would just not have admin-only features, there's nobody you can really trust that isn't already sworn into another dedicated server.
