Woah..I just noticed that too, there are a lot of things similar, but look at the back, the polygons don't match up at all.

Also, the black lines in the second one means it was a sketchup file and it was exported (something about an archive file).

That's the way it's looking, although I wouldn't consider it a "wrongdoing" but more of a mistake.
