I don't normally include online people as friends, either, except for the ones I know really well. In that case, I would have 1. I don't look down on it, if they're your friends, then they're your friends. I find myself looking at some of the kids who have friends at school and I kinda miss having friends you can talk with in person.

And you can still talk to you online friends, if that's what you mean. The more you talk to your friends and the more time you spend with them, the closer you'll be.

I've never lived in a house that small, so I wouldn't really be able to relate to that. But I know what it's like to have no friends and to worry what people will think of you when they see you.

Not everyone has the same sensitivity. When I was a little kid, I had my feelings hurt easily. Not saying everyone's like that, I've changed a lot since then, but you can't expect everyone to be incredibly brave or tough to bring to tears.
