How do i unblock a website That is blocked by a roughter. The block inhibits me from visiting the Site blus witch is where the keys are authinticated. My roughter is blocking the site, so I can not authinticate. Please help.

My dad is as stubborn as a mule. I can unblockit, but i need help and a guide on how I do it. Please. if this is not fixed, i can't play blockland :C

Ok, i may have fixed, but i am at school, so can someone verify if this is correct? I will also E-mail Badspot to see if he has any ideas. Not to mention, he is blocking the forums. See school.

This idiotic site may have givin me a clue, so can someone verify if typeing in Step 1: Click the Start button and select Run. Now type the following text in that Run box:

notepad c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Step 2: You will see a new notepad window on your screen containing some cryptic information. Don’t panic. Just goto the last line of the file, hit the enter key and type the following:
For example:
127.0.0.1 orkut.com
127.0.0.1 facebook.com
127.0.0.1 myspace.com

See if this works please. I will be in debt to you forever

If your father intentionally blocked the Blockland website, it is possible he used that file to do it.
I don't see why he would use that though, it's easy to get around.

I suggest you just try to reason with your dad, removing the filter yourself will only get you into deeper stuff than you're into right now.
