When a test paper says average it means the basic one were you add everything together and divide it by the number of corresponding parts unless it specifies for a different type.

Hell if I know how test papers work for anyone other then my own.
I was wondering if this was that particular type of problem.

I have to go to a resource room I am so bad at math.

A monomial is something like
2x
2x^3
A polynominal is
2x^3+2x
Note the plus.

stuff's easy.
Just Aced a test on polynomials two days ago.

Ooh, I geddit. Yarr, that stuff is easy.

Baww, we add and subtract multiply and divide polynomials. It's not about finding the variables.

6 x 15.5 = 93
1 + 4 + 8 + 3 + 2 = 18
93 - 18 = 75
75 + 18 = 93
93 ÷ 6 = 15.5
93 = The answer

Wrong.

The average is calculated with all 7, not 6 dumbass. The missing number still counts, we just can't see it.

7 x 15.5 = 108.5

1 + 4 + 8 + 3 + 2 = 18

108.5 - 18 = 90.5

Answer = 90.5

Wait, we're both wrong.

This is a tricky question, let me think some more.

It's 6.
Not 7.

I don't even know how you could get 7.

The answer is 8 you chucklenuts.

The average time is split perfectly in the middle of the range of time so there has to be the same number of people for t=1-15 and t=16-30.
