How do I use CONSOLE chat?

How do I use console chat is it an add-on? I want to chat to my friends on my dedicated server please tell me how!

The black box is the console type in it talk("YOUR MESSAGE HERE");

CONSOLE: Hi dar, which would be talk("Hi dar");
...
You could make it just full yellow text
Hi dar as announce("Hi dar");

Or he could use

findClientByName("Victimsname").chatMessage("Yourmessagehere");

to talk as someone else.

Or he could use  to talk as someone else.

Actually that would only display the message to the "victim". Use serverCmdMessageSent(findClientByName("name"),"message"); to have someone else talk.

The keyboard must be set up different I can type ` ~ " ' [ ]   But I cant do it in game   My [ keys comes up as my ] key :I

Tried that, but it asked for a reboot and then it reinstalled itself.
