How should I set up a dual boot?

If your drivers aren't up to date, it can, and most likely will cause game crashes, launcher fails, and extreme performance drops, especially when running on default Windows drivers.
Also, you could try installing some basic runtimes, like .net, directx, visual c++.

I can run Spore with W7 on max settings and I never lag. Why would u lag?

SPORE runs like horse stuff on 7 because it was made in 2008.

Do you even know what problem you are having? You truly are helpless right now-- the fact you justify it "running like horse stuff" because it was made in 2008 is outrageously silly. Sims 1 runs fine for me and its final expansion was in 2003.

I run 64 Bit aswell and the game never crashed, never lags, all out settings. Runs like a charm.

Either your computer isnt capable of running it or ur drivers are out of date.
