Without being rude, can someone tell me why?

I was fine with not being able to post in those other places (except General Discussion), but now I'm just stuck with AoT and Help. :/

Yeah, my mother, who doesn't care about me enough to buy me anything, and a boyfriend that has a mother that has a credit card. Well, he has a debit card. Idk if that will work.
