My brother has this subscription from Disney for Pirates of the Caribbean online and we are trying to cancel the subscription and we have to log into my parent's account to do this, and we can't remember password OR username. I'm doing this for my brother because he is a lazy stuff and doesn't wanna do it, so my mom is making me.

God, now when I try to get it to email me the password all it does is email me the account names, what the hell.

Just tell your mom you couldn't do it, if she gets mad because she keeps getting charged for a game you're not playing anymore it won't be your fault. Even if she doesn't know the account name or password, she can make a telephone call to have her credit card number taken off the website. マホ～
