There's a free version and a full (paid) version, but all the features one would need are in the free version (save for deleting the pictures you upload, can't do that with the free version). You open the program, select an area on the screen to capture, and Gyazo automatically uploads the picture to gyazo.com and copies its URL to your clipboard. I've seen that some people on the forums already have this, but I decided to make a topic about it anyway just because it's that cool, and convenient.
To display just how instant Gyazo is, I'll grab a shot of this OP and post it as the first thread reply, then you can compare the times between the two posts.
