i can't retrieve my key to play i've been around since v8 my id was something like 4634 or something close to that, i've put in my email and it didn't work, said that there were no keys for that email

You should have changed the title if you wanted some better help. "Help in blockland" is pretty ambiguous, considering you wouldn't be in help if you didn't need HELP in BLOCKLAND.

Aside from that, hope for the best.

Go in and find the e-mail from when you purchased the game. (If you still have it)
