Everyone sits in their cell, not doing anything to aid us in escaping, like idiots.
MEANWHILE...
The barriers began flickering again, although this time it was worse, as it shuts completely off for a second a couple times, and every time it did it brought my hopes up, only to be shot down by the barrier re-materializing.
Due to the low light the barriers give off I could see something red shining off the wall outside the cells, I couldn't quiet figure out what it was though. I stare at it for a few minutes, trying to determine what it was, and almost missed the barrier flickering, once again. It did the same thing it had done before, completely de-activating then re-activating, but the last time it shut down it remained open.
I stare at where the barrier had once been, expecting it to re-appear at any moment, but it didn't. I poked my head out to see if the other cells were open, and to my surprise, they were, except for a couple, which dissappeared a few seconds later. The idiots forgot to fully charge the energy cells...
The guards had all left, no one was in the Brig except for myself, and everyone else in the cells.
I go from cell to cell, alerting everyone the energy barriers were down and that the guards had left.
