In almost all cases, yes. But they're the top-end GPUs, and Otis said top-end.

Well you could get a top-end Television, but there's always a bigger, more expensive one out there. マホ~

You don't understand top-end. Top-end means it's the best you can get. You're thinking high-end.

Also it's from Wal-mart and we got it for free.

Then since having top-end anything, especially in the world of electronics, is nigh impossible, it can be assumed that that's what Otis meant. In a hyperbole, he said that it was the best you can possibly get, but since it's impossible to get the best, it was an exaggeration to make a point. まほ~

Holy forget are you ever an idiot. Building a computer right now that can run everything on super max right now for $1000 by the way.

You see, I am an adult and I do this as a hobby and for a bit of cash every now and then. You, on the other hand, are a moronic child.

Are you really eleven?

It's very easily possible to get the best, einstein. For example, if you want the best consumer GPU, go click the link to the 6990 or 590 I posted a few posts back. Sure it will be outdated soon enough, but that's how it works. If you want top-end, you're gonna have to deal with it getting outdated.

Just because it runs all your pretty videogames doesn't mean its top-end. I know you can build a computer that runs everything for $1000. But that doesn't make it top-end. Once again,

Implying the best that are commercially available are the best available. まほ~

They are the best available to a consumer, and since we're all consumers here that's perfectly fine.

Then what makes a computer high-end, smart ass? A high end computer is one that can run pretty much anything you need it to and run it well. Otis is a computer nerd (no offense) and you don't seem to know much about them. Apparently you don't know how to build a computer because $1000 sounds pretty reasonable for a good computer.

Then you just contradicted yourself, twice. Top-end doesn't exist, therefor my point still stands. ムホ~
