I knew she was a fake when she said her main language is Japanese and she learned English. Most 15 year old girls are barely capable of grammar on the internet. So how would she even pick up grammar in like 5 years.

It's common for people at a younger age to learn languages faster than those who are older, especially when they're in a place where their primary language isn't used as much/if at all.
