could you also give us a screenshot of your computer's desk top?
it's the prtscn (printscreen) then go to a paint program then paste the screenshot (control + v at the same time)

I'm honestly not sure. I've never heard of anyone playing the game from Win 95. Hopefully Doomonkey or SPook can help on this...sorry, man. I'm trying to help here, really.

Go to C:\Program Files\Blockland, the cache.db is there. You should also check the permissions on the Blockland folder itself.

 - Start up My Computer
 - Go to C:
 - Go to Program Files (You should now be in C:\Program Files)
 - Find the Blockland folder. DO NOT go in it yet.
 - Right-click on it
 - Select properties
 - Un-tick the box that says "read-only" and click apply. (A message box will appear, select "Apply to all subfolders and files")
 - Go into the Blockland folder now.
 - Right-click on the Cache.db
 - Select properties
 - Un-tick the box that says "read-only" and click apply.
