What's an adventurous game that I could play with a class?

It needs to be adventurous and have some form of conquering involved.

Details:
 - Co-ed
 - Mostly even class (gender wise)
 - 28 students
 - 20-30 minutes to play
 - Awards can consist of candy
 - If needed, I can split up the class into groups

Both boys and girls are going to be playing. I don't want a bunch of dudes going into some live action role play while the girls sit on the sidelines.

Candy, games, simplicity, fun, and easy things.

I wouldn't mind doing something slightly out of their comfort zone, but I don't want to go too far.

And what is the ratio of girls to guys?

Mostly even. There's probably 3 more girls than guys.

The class size is about 25-30 people.

Hmmm and you need a LARP?

What's a LARP?

Wait, Live Action Role Play?

No. I don't want that.

That's alot of people. CTF?

I thought about something like that, but how would I do that in a classroom?

Also, there's going to be 28 people playing if everyone shows up.
