Given your lack of eating you've probably experienced more than a bit of muscle and bone atrophy which has led to weight loss.
I've seen muscle growth and I feel fantastic. That's simply not true.
It is impossible to build muscle on a starvation diet. Your body cannot synthesize vital amino acids (and related things) from fat stores so it cannibalizes muscle and bone tissue if you are not following a good nutritional plan.
Then I'm obviously not starving to death, am I, dipstuff?
