Costs money, if he does not have money to buy a new PC I don't really believe he has money to buy a new game.

Also, don't take me wrong, but you could check for some abandonware games. Even if they are 8-bit or 16-bit in a stuffty quality, they may be interesting. I forgot how many hours I spent playing SimCity 2000 after I found out it's a abandonware, altrought it's getting boring after a time so I uninstalled it. :cookiemonster:
