PC optimizer Pro?

I think this got installed as I was installing gimp, but I'm not exactly sure how I got it. Is this a virus or something? It appears gimp wasn't installed at all. This program called Weatherbug was also installed, along with norton security scan.

By the name alone it sounds like a virus. Google around and find out more.

From googling it I only find things referencing it as an actual product, such as reviews and stuff. 3 more shortcuts have shown up on my desktop: Free Games!!, Be Creative on Facebook With Facepaint Layouts, and Free Music Downloads. Oh and Gimp just showed up.

I think I got rid of it all but I'm running a full virus scan.
