Looks duped. Needs better street signs. Better coloring could help to, just to spice it up towards actually looking like a functional buildings. You can't make stuff look lovey with visual graphics alone.

Looks a little bland.

Also something fun to do (well, in my opinion) would be to construct things realistically. For example, close off roads for road construction, start off buildings with steel or wooden frames, etc...
