Author Topic: Port Forwarding D:  (Read 1724 times)

I really want to host my server. D= I tried the port forwarding tutorials. and its not working. This is what I keep getting. I have no internal IP it says  I just have an external.

If you could help me that'd be great!

As far as i know i don't think i could fix. If this happened 2 me i would be screwed!

Btw Im on a Windows 7 laptop. Dillpickle said that most people who cant host are on laptop.

Are you sure you need port forwarding? Some routers no longer need that, ask someone to join your server and then give out the conclusion.

What exactly do you mean by gateway IP? As far as I can tell, you don't need to know what that for this tutorial.

I think your gateway ip is your internal ip adress. anyways Ill do the tutorial today.

No he said it was a bad idea because it makes it so people can get into your computer by allowing them to get to your ip or something like that.
