Verdana is pretty nice. Easy on the eyes. Ubuntu font looks nice for labels and logos, but not for just general reading.

Parchment, terminal, courier new, magneto, that one font in Tron, and the font used in all the Metroid Prime games (not the logo, the scan log ect. text)
