You can just make one yourself, or if you don't feel like doing that, look up your favorite image on Google Images or the like, save it to your computer, and upload it as your avatar. It will automatically be resized to the proper size, but if it's animated, it must start out as 75 x 75 px or smaller in order to have the animation work properly. Also, if your avatar has a transparent background, it must also be 75 x 75 px or smaller in order to actually have transparency.
