Why does this keep happening?

I join a TDM server, played for a few minutes, and I saw the USSR clan tags on his name

Me: You were not in USSR
him: Well I wasn't really in USSR but I was an honarary member
Me: Yeah
Me: Yeah right
him: Well just go on with your bullstuff lies because I was on here first

Just avoid him and ban him if possible

There's a difference between tags they shouldn't be wearing and the tags for a clan that died before v9 even hit the scene

Not sure if the OP is actually telling the truth, but I've seen EX CONNVICT and he really is an annoying little stuff...
