Author Topic: Would a motorola H390 work as a headset?  (Read 906 times)

It works for my Ps3 so I was wondering if it could work for my Pc.
I've tried googling it for the past hour and a half or so but I couldn't find much. :I
I can't seem to find a way to connect it.

The ps3 is a master bluetooth device. A motorola H390 is a slave.

So yeah, go ahead and try.

I've been trying I just can't seem to find a way to connect it.
(forgot to add that in the OP)

Go in Accessories or Accessory Settings and see if you can sync it.

By Accessories I assume you mean the Control Panel's, Devices & Printers and it can't find the device.

Bluetooth adapter or whatever?

A motorola H390 is a slave.
Is that a compliment or and insult?
I genuinely can't tell.

It's neither, the Headset is the slave device to the master bluetooth device (PS3/USB adapter).

Bluetooth adapter or whatever?
I don't have one. :l
But my computer does have wireless connection which probably doesn't mean much.

If your computer doesn't have a built-in Bluetooth adapter or if you don't own a USB Bluetooth adapter, you can't connect Bluetooth devices to your computer.

How would I check if it has a built in Bluetooth adapter?

Probably in the device manager.

It should have something in the Control Panel if you use XP and above.

Enter My computer, and on the window where all your disks are located, right-click > proprieties on the white space, then go to hardware, then device manager.

Something with Bluetooth should appear there.

Probably in the device manager.
Agh. It's not there.
I guess I'll have to go buy one now :l
I hope they're cheap...
