That would work but right now you can get a 460 for like $130. The increase between the two is quite big so I wouldn't bother with the 450.

As an example bottlenecking would be the processor limiting the GPU. Generally, as an example, it would be like getting the same performance from the 560 as you got with your 9800. That isn't true, of course, but it puts the point across.

So what you're saying is a 450GTS would work?

Yes. I wouldn't get it from dell though. It's about another $50 and I'm sure that shipping will be quite expensive.
