Just got back from seeing this film, might I say it was excellent. The computer animation was stunning, the humor was grown up and funny, and the story was impressive. Johnny Depp did very well. I must add though that the movie was incredibly dark. Guns, murder, drought, greed, violence, loveual themes, and cursing are all present. This movie is not for kids, seriously. For example, at one point someone makes a joke about lesbians.
I gotta say, for a Nickelodeon movie that was great. I was expecting stupid kiddie jokes but I was surprised. Go see this movie.
