I followed Badspot's guide, but I couldn't find anything to use for step 1.d on a Verizon admin page.

Moreinfo: It says it has UDP initialized on a different port every time now.

Could you supply pictures of the page you're attempting to port forward from? You likely have the settings somewhere, they just don't look the same as in Badspot's tutorial.
