When a video gets over a certain amount of views, it stops updating automatically, therefore more likes and dislikes could've come in to become greater than the view count before the view count could update.

Youtube has a bug if it gets a lot of views fast, it gets stuck at around 350 views and wont go up for a few hours.

This is on the front page of reddit so thats why it got so many views.
