Stupid question, but I want wise answer.
Is that possible to import map from Garry's Mod to Blockland?
If yes, how?
Then, imagine all these freakin' aweseome maps in Blockland...

If it were possible, I'm certain someone would have done it already.

If it was possible, we wouldn't have to build TF2 maps

It would require being able to import the map into Torque Constructor, and then doing the necessary steps of creating a normal ol' map for Blockland, if I had to guess.
Otherwise, you'd probably have to literally re-create it.

It would be all easier if GMod and Blockland used the same engine...But obviously - Source and Torque...

It is perfectly possible. I've done it like a year ago. But it does require unimaginable amounts of fiddling with tiny things and multiple programs. I remember importing a Quake 3 map to Blockland. Never released though because the modeling on those maps is just out of this world and back then I didn't think of just recreating it. I imagine the same technique works for all game maps that use the source engine.
