Paint.net and GIMP are both free and really good.

Never said you were being rude to me. Just saying that you shouldn't continue to encourage MS Paint lovers to use MS Paint and that you should encourage them to use better image editors.

below is a picture i have edited to remove a cow from a field!

i had to use part of the sky instead of the grass, it was really advanced

I will not lock this, and this is not trying to encourage MS paint lovers. I loved MS paint, and my images looked fine back then. Now I use Photoshop. Also, this tutorial will help Photoshopers and Gimpers to, it applies to all editors, but is aimed at MS paint. I am sorry if you misunderstood me before.
