I don't know if you have piss in your eyes, but the model consists of 6 boxes. Boxes aren't exactly the most taxing thing to make.

The animations would be stuff easy to make too. This isn't exactly a 1000 poly model. Not even mentioning texturing, which would be even easier.

I have no reason to believe anyone else made this simply because you've got a personal grudge against him.

edit: Moreover, what the stuff difference would it make if he didn't make it. The model is going to be exactly the same no matter who makes it.
