Sever information text changing.

Okay so I want to post a server information box on my clan page.
I have the server information pamphlet now I just need to know how to change the text.
I'm using gimp. I tried just typing over the letters on the layout, but I need to actually change the words in the box.
And by box I mean this: Can someone change it for me? Or tell me how I can do it.
