i give it a 6/10 i think it would be better if it was more even on the baseplate

It's pretty nice.  

I'm not a big fan of the exterior blue color.  It makes it look less like a town hall and more like an apartment.

The spiral stairs look kind of confusing as well...drives home the whole apartment look.

On a positive note, the interior wall paper is cool.  I also like the columns and the dome.

I dont think Ill change the color. Gonna start working on the interior tomorrow. And the baseplate...Yea because I started with this just being a little model and I ran outta room :I
