Author Topic: I had a good lol  (Read 1766 times)

So, today, I was talking about games with my friend. He asked if I had played L4D. I said no, because I have no means of playing. He asked me for my pc stats, and when I gave them to him, he said that I could run games like CoD4 and L4D. I laughed and said no. He's like, "Okay."

Anyways, my stats are

790mb Ram
WinXP Home/Pro edition (Not sure)
Intel 845 Extreme Graphics

So, yeah. It sucks not being able to upgrade. :/

WHILE ON THE SUBJECT OF RAM, I HAVE A QUESTION.
Is random access memory an amount of memory, just like normal storage, except optimized for quick access?

How are you evin posting this aaaa.

Parent's computer.

Intel Pentium Dual CPU
E2200 @ 2.20GHZ
2.99GB ram
Intel 8294

I also don't get internet on my pc.

It basically needs power to memorise things.
Your PC throws stuff on it and off of it , unless you like decide to put it on the hard disk.
I think.

You're never playing L4D on that piece of stuff.

If you play a game, the required info is loaded into the RAM for quick access, because hard drives read info too slow.

It's what it's called.

I find my parents quite cool then.
I have parental control too.
It is infact counting down the last minute right now...
But it is 2Am.

So, is that why you can make certain amounts of your hard drive be used as RAM?

You're never playing L4D on that piece of stuff.

Or CoD4. olol

But it is 2Am.

The forget do you live? It's 6:07pm here.

It's in the name, night fox.

Random Access Memory

Not hard to figure out what it means :P

Well yeah, but I just wanted to be sure.
You can never be too safe, not with Night Fox, no certainly not.
