how do I make rain in places?

How do I make rain in maps? I want to do a bedroom - stormy or kitchen - stormy.
or maybe snow?

Please help me.

NOTE: I don't think I should release them. There are too many bedroom edits, not sure if kitchen though.

You have to add precipitation through the World Editor. Can't give you specific directions right now though.

On mission editor, go to 'world creator' silect 'missions' then, find precipitation. create a new precipitation, and you are done.
