Someone registered on Paypal using my name. I'm scared that it might be someone trying to use me as a scapegoat for a crime.

I've registered to some sites that claim they give out keys for completing surveys and such, but haven't used them in a week.

I didn't open any attachments, but I did un-hide the email, as in " images are blocked click here to unblock them hurr" kinda stuff.

If I don't do anything to it or confirm it, it should be OK, no?
