How do I edit bot appearances?

I need to edit some bots of mine to look like guards, but I'm sure how to do so.

The appearance changing script doesn't make much sense to me.

You should memorize the name of certain body parts and decals first, it help a lot.
If you've gotten that down pat, say so and I'll tell you how to do the editing part.
