Blockbot is a Bot (evidence)

So while on the #helpdesk chat, getting a problem about IRC fixed, I asked the administrator who helps run IRC Chats, if he could check the status of User Blockbot and see if their a bot or not.
Sense the Help/rules on the Centralchat page says that
'#4 Bots are not permitted unless approved by a CentralChat administrator.'
So they would know a user by a Bot, and this is the conversation of what went on with the question.
Blockhead14745 is me because the problem I was dealing with was Identifying my IRC, so I was testing it with two IRC's up, one had my name Dillpickle, one didn't. Ignore the name.

Theres people out there who don't know if its a Bot or not. There was a time when Ephialtes said something, and Blockbot responded like a normal person. This is for those people who still cling to the theory that its a person and not a bot.

Only stupid kids who spend all day chatting on the IRC main page have ever even considered that BlockBot isn't a bot. Fact is, its so obvious it is a bot that even humouring them is a step too far.

It's an approved bot that's been there for ages, even when CC admins were present in the #rtb channel.

The bot would have nothing to do with your name being unavailable.

 I was registering my name at the time so if anyone changed their nick to Dillpickle, I could get on and make them change it. My Problem =/= Bot Question

I just asked BlockBot, and she told me that she was a bot.
