• Think of general things; annoyance, stupidity, politeness (or a lack thereof), 'n stuff like that.
• Provide names, if you wish.
• Try to include some people who look like they're going in a good direction.

For example...
A new guy named Deve111 looks like he's going to become one of our better members someday. He's considerate, sensible, open to suggestions, and actually gives a damn about grammar and spelling.
