Author Topic: Why have I not been wanting to eat lately?  (Read 872 times)

I usually LOVE to eat. But for the past week or so, I have just not wanted to, at all. Even now I am very hungry, but I don't want to eat. I've only had about 600 calories a day fro the past two or three days, and I am still not wanting to eat even though my stomach is rumbling.

ALso, yesterday I only had a 150 calorie hot pocket to eat.

What could be the cause of this?

Mind set of you becoming grotesquely obese.

You thinking females think that bare bones are hot?
Because seriously no-one thinks so.

Not saying you're wrong but would you rather be with an extremely skinny person, or an extremely fat person?

But...

I'm not obese :o

When in doubt, blame puberty.

But you think you're going to be a huge fyatty.
Hence why you won't eat.

Hmm... Maybe.

Except I have a pretty fast metabolism, and I go outside a lot, so I don't think I ever thought it was going to make me fat.

Its puberty.

Fat person.

I sometimes have this, I think it happens mostly when I don't sleep at a normal time and I wake up way too late. Mostly when I wake up I'd rather eat something spicy like spaghetti instead of bread for breakfast. Well, I don't know about you though :o

Wouldn't that do the opposite though?
Of corse not.

Because its puberty.

Fat person , they last longer than approx 1 year.

Do you have ADD or ADHD and take medicines to calm it down? Because the medicines cause people to have no hunger at all. Some people just take it to stop eating.

Not including above, you need to eat breakfast every morning. That should get your hunger going in the day.

Its not puberty, you guys are dumb.

Try to sleep more regularly, for a full 8 hours if you can manage.  Also, exercising will put you on a normal diet.
