Also, when did you take that picture? He put a message up for me for JS users to see where we are now.

Have fun trying to get people to give you money so you can stagnate and attempt to ripoff RTB.

You're one of those people who believes whatever they want to believe. Let me spell this out with boldness and maybe you can answer my question since you seem to know so much about Stealth. Even more than the creator.

How is something that has 0 mutual features a copy of RTB?

Please do explain. I am intrigued that a social network copied a download manager.

Did you happen to get any blood on his suit?

I think you should have taken him to court. He would stuff bricks and you have a pretty decent argument. The US is pretty big on copyrights....

LOL.

According to Yahoo answers or whatever it is:

Technically, your work is copyrighted the moment it is created. That means it is illegal for others to copy it. However, in order to be able to prove that it is yours, the safest thing to do is to register it. The links I've put in the sources are straight from the government's website on the issue and will give you more information on how to register. But since 1978 registration is not mandatory for copyright protection. Since 1999, neither is publication. As far as the U.S. government is concerned, your work is copyright the moment it is created. Its just a matter of whether or not you can prove that you are the creator.

Closed doors are not opened by empty threats.
You probobly had no copyright on anything on the website, therefore have no ground to stand on.

Yeah, totally just ignore everyone in the topic finally coming to the conclusion that anything you create is automatically copyrighted.

Yeah, totally just copy someones post and think it is relevant.

It worked

I payed him 7 dollars. Even though it's not a lot I still payed him.
No contract, no liability anywhere.

You can't just take someones copyrighted material, give it to someone else, and be fine. Not to mention he now has the Stealth database which was my intellectual property. For the most part the lawsuit is a scare tactic. I don't plan on suing DarkLight unless the new owner does something stupid. I have rights.
It's funny because the law cannot work all the time in the digital age.

Securely trade private/rare add-ons that you happen to have. Mod Market gives you the ability to post private mods, in return, to get your mod, the user has to give you a mod that you want. You are given a tracking number, and your mod has to be approved to not be fake. You post your mods into your inventory, and a Jeepserver Mod Department Representative has to approve it. That representative will set the title, and description, then you can post it. This is so users get what they want.
No.No.
I was right all along :cookieMonster:
